Refund policy

We want you to love your haul. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings/body jewelry, intimate apparel, and personalized items can't be returned unless damaged or defective. Damaged or faulty order? Email gothsdoingthings.club@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo for a free replacement or full refund. To start a return, email us with your order number; refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
