We want you to love your haul. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: earrings and body jewelry, intimate apparel, and any made-to-order or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email gothsdoingthings.club@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email gothsdoingthings.club@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions within 24 to 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Start a return for the original and place a new order so you get your replacement as fast as possible.
