Ordering

How do I place an order?

Find something you can't live without, pick your size or style, and hit Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps. You'll get a confirmation email the moment it's done.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you act fast, yes. Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once it's left the workshop, we can't pull it back, but our 30-day return policy has you covered.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do. Wherever you haunt, we'll send your treasures there.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no surprise fees waiting at checkout.

How long until it arrives?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 10 to 20 business days. Our pieces come from specialist makers, not a warehouse down the road, so they take a little longer than the fast-fashion stuff. Good things haunt those who wait.

Where's my tracking number?

It's emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the workshop. If you haven't seen tracking within 5 business days, email gothsdoingthings.club@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.

My order is late. What now?

If it hasn't arrived within 30 business days, reach out. We'll make it right with a reshipment or a full refund. No drama.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You've got 30 days from delivery. Items need to be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Email us your order number and reason, and we'll send instructions within 24 to 48 hours.

Is anything non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry, intimate apparel, and any made-to-order or personalized pieces can't come back, unless they show up damaged or defective. Then we fix it, no question.

My item arrived damaged.

Send a photo to gothsdoingthings.club@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement or full refund to you at no cost.

How do exchanges work?

Need a different size or style? Start a return for the original and place a new order so your replacement ships as fast as possible.

When do I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund hits the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Products & Sizing

Are your pieces true to size?

Most run true to size, but goth and alternative clothing can vary by style. Corsets and bodycon pieces tend to fit snug by design. Check the size guide below and, when in doubt, size up. Every product page lists specific measurements where the maker provides them.

What are your products made of?

It depends on the piece. You'll find velvet, lace, mesh, PU leather, and sterling silver across the range. Materials are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

Size Guide

Measurements are in inches. Measure a garment you already own and love, then match it here. If you're between sizes, size up, especially for fitted styles.

Women's Clothing (Tops, Dresses, Corsets)

Bottoms (Skirts, Pants)

Jewelry, accessories, and home pieces are one-size or have their dimensions listed on the product page itself. Chokers and collars are usually adjustable. If a measurement isn't clear, email us before you buy and we'll dig it up for you.
